Request U-Line Appliance Repair
Book a repair, call, or send a message about your U-Line appliance. We’ll confirm the next available appointment window before service.
Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
Use the existing contact or booking form on this page to request service for a U-Line refrigerator, wine refrigerator, beverage center, refrigerated drawer, clear ice machine, nugget ice maker, crescent ice maker, or other supported U-Line product.
The most useful request is model-specific.
What to Include
Before submitting the form, gather as much of the following as you can:
- Appliance type — refrigerator, wine unit, beverage center, clear ice, nugget ice, crescent ice, drawer, outdoor, marine, or specialty model.
- Full model number — copy it from the data tag rather than relying on the appearance of the appliance.
- Serial number — helpful for identifying production revisions.
- Full production SKU — useful when finish, voltage, pump, door, or other configuration suffixes matter.
- Exact symptom — describe what should happen and what happens instead.
- Error code or alarm — photograph the display before resetting power.
- When it began — note whether the fault appeared suddenly or developed gradually.
- Constant or intermittent — include what seems to trigger the problem.
- Checks already completed — tell us what you have already observed or reset.
- Installation details — panel-ready cabinetry, outdoor placement, pump-assisted drain, marine/RV mounting, gate, elevator, or other access details when relevant.
If the Appliance Shows an Error Code
Do not shorten or translate the code. Record it exactly as displayed.
U-Line has used similar code strings across different product generations. The full model number is needed before an error meaning can be treated as applicable.

If the Appliance Is Leaking
If it is safe to do so:
- photograph where the water appears;
- note whether the leak happens during fill, circulation, harvest, or drain operation on an ice machine;
- close an accessible water shutoff if necessary;
- keep water away from electrical components.
Do not remove internal panels or dismantle a drain pump simply to locate the leak.
If the Appliance Is Not Cooling
Record:
- selected temperature;
- actual cabinet behavior;
- whether one zone or the whole appliance is affected;
- whether doors or drawers close fully;
- whether the fan or compressor is running;
- whether the unit recently received a large warm load;
- whether a code or alarm is present.
Avoid repeatedly lowering the set point to compensate for a persistent warm condition.
Safety-Critical Conditions
Stop using the appliance if you notice:
- smoke;
- visible arcing;
- a burning-electrical smell;
- repeated breaker trips;
- severe overheating;
- damaged wiring;
- water contacting electrical components.
Internal electrical and sealed-refrigeration testing should remain professional service procedures.
Before the Appointment
Clear normal access in front of the unit, but do not remove cabinetry, pull out a heavy built-in product, or disconnect internal components solely to prepare for the visit.
For panel-ready, outdoor, marine, or tightly integrated installations, note access details in the request.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
